| The main function of The R&R Club is a bringing together of retail rent review and lease renewal surveyors. There are three or four informal get-togethers per year and one formal dinner with guest speakers. The get-togethers are a good opportunity for surveyors new to the profession to put faces to names, and for members who have been around for years to reacquaint themselves with past colleagues.
By becoming a member of the R&R you are part of a club that brings together a diversity of retail rent review and lease renewal surveyors who meet to exchange opinions, problems and market news over a beer or two at the various events throughout the year.
The current membership stands at 300 and growing.

Contacts Directory can now be downloaded into your Outlook contacts....
On the top right there is a new function appropriately named 'Download Address Book' link appearing above the list. Click this will download the full list as CSV file into excel.
Now SAVE this file in you C drive or network drive.
To import all contacts into Outlook Contacts
: First open Outlook:
- From the menu in Outlook. Select File – (top left hand side) and click Import and Export...
- Make sure Import from another program or file is highlighted.
- Click Next >.
- Now make sure Comma Separated Values (Windows) is selected.
- Click Next >.
- Use the Browse ... button the select the desired file. Choose Do not import duplicate items.
- Click Next >.
- Select the Outlook folder you want to import the contacts to. This will usually be your Contacts folder.
- Click Next >.
- Click Map Custom Fields ....
- Make sure all columns from the CSV file are mapped to the desired Outlook address book fields.
- You can create new mappings by dragging the column title to the desired field.
- Any previous mapping of the same column will be replaced with the new.
- Click OK.
- Now click Finish.
